TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF HIGHLANDS EQUINE LIMITED

1. Highlands Equine Ltd does not accept liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness to riders, horses, owners, spectators, property, vehicles and their contents and accessories or any other person or property, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way during their attendance.
2. Person(s) attending water treadmill sessions do so at their own risk. Highlands Equine Limited will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss.
3. Any person attending the treadmill session at Highlands Equine Limited, is required to wear a riding hat conforming to the current standards and suitable footwear.
4. A water treadmill session may be rearranged at any time up to 24 hours before the session by emailing info@hambrosporthorses.com
5. Failure to attend or cancelling at session within a 24-hour period will not be refunded.
6. In unforeseen circumstances Highlands Equine Limited reserves, the right to cancel any booking without notice. They cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss or liability howsoever caused.
7. All Owners under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
8. Highlands Equine Limited is not responsible for other persons/animals using the Premises and/or for any person unlawfully using the Premises or trespassing onto the Premises.
9. Any Owner bringing a groom or other paid assistance onto the Premises must hold employers’ liability insurance.
10. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted onto the Premises.
11. Smoking is not permitted on the Premises.
12. Please ensure that all droppings/hay from the parking area.
13. Highlands Equine Limited reserves the right to request that owners or any other person using the premises do leave in circumstances where in the opinion of the facility and/or its employees, a person is creating a dangerous situation, behaving in a dangerous manner and/or where a person is mistreating a horse or acting irresponsibly. Where an Owner or any other person is asked to leave Highlands Equine Limited, they must immediately return to their mode of transport and remove the horse and themselves from the Premises.
14. All horses using Highlands Equine Water Treadmill do so at their Owners’ risk. Highlands Equine does not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury suffered by any horse using the Treadmill.
15. Any packages are valid for a period of six months from the date of the commencement of the block booking for six sessions, or twelve months from the date of commencement for ten sessions.

By booking a session, confirms that you have read, understood and accept the above terms and conditions of the use of the water treadmill and confirm that you are using the Highlands Equine Limited entirely at your own risk.
